Human Resources Administrative Assistant/Generalist
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process including screening potential candidates and scheduling interviews
Coordinate new employee offer letters, new hire paperwork, orientation, employment forms
Administer Benefits
Process Terminations
Maintain HR/Employee files, spreadsheets
Also provide administrative/clerical support to Executive Team
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required, previous experience in HR desirable
Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Strong MS office skills
Detail oriented, proven ability to multi task, be flexible, and work effectively under pressure
Strong organization and communication skills
